554 Transaction failed Reject due to policy restrictions

Reason

Your emails have been rejected by our mail system because the information provided in the email header does not comply with our policy.

The header field "Received" appeared too often and we assume a mail-loop issue.

Solution

Our system accepts multiple "Received" header fields, but only up to a certain threshold.

• Therefore please make sure that the number of the header field "Received" is reduced and that any misconfiguration that could lead to a mail-loop is corrected

As soon as the corrections have been made, our system will accept the email.
